she brings sunlight with her wherever she goes, like that one time she decided to travel across the atlantic, to put her footprints on the streets of new york, and central park was so delighted by her presence that it became hot and bright like the sun. very few people carry such unique and contagious light, but she does, and you'll love her unconditionally and endlessly for all the beautiful things she is and the warm smiles that dance on her lips.

and then there was lal. lal wanted travel, she liked maps and far off places. but more than that, she liked companionship with her adventure. "come with me," she said, with her entire being. it was evident in the curve of her lips, the way she blink and her eye lashes fluttered on her cheeks. she'd smile and the rest around her would want to go along, following her crooking finger.
